What we collect

To process an order we collect your name, email address, delivery address and order details. We also receive limited technical information from your browser, such as approximate location used to display prices in your local currency.

We never see your card number. Payment details are entered directly with our payment provider and are not stored on our systems.

Why we hold it

To take payment, ship your order, answer your questions, and meet our tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

Only those who need it to fulfil your order — our payment provider, and the carrier delivering your parcel. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

We may disclose information where the law requires it.

Currency detection

To show prices in your currency, your IP address is checked against a third-party geolocation service and exchange rates are fetched from a third-party rates provider. No order or personal details are sent to either. You can override the currency at any time using the selector in the header.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Otherwise we keep your details only while there is a reason to.

Your rights

Email info@pepshark.com to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted where we are not required to keep it. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under local data protection law, including under UK and EU GDPR.

Cookies

This site uses browser storage to remember your cart and your currency choice. That is all. No advertising or tracking cookies are set.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and payments are handled by a PCI-compliant provider. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
