1. Who you are buying from
This site is operated by PepShark. You can reach us at info@pepshark.com. These terms apply to every order placed through this site. Placing an order means you accept them.
2. What these products are
Everything sold here is supplied for laboratory research use only. Nothing on this site is a therapeutic good. Nothing is supplied for human or veterinary consumption, and nothing is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
We make no claim, express or implied, that any product is safe or effective for use in humans or animals. No dosing guidance is provided and none should be inferred from anything published here.
3. Who may order
You must be at least 18 years old. By ordering you confirm that you are, and that you are acquiring the products for legitimate research purposes.
4. Your responsibility for local law
You are the importer. Laws governing these substances differ sharply between countries, and several of the compounds listed are prescription-only or prohibited in some jurisdictions. It is your responsibility, not ours, to establish that you may lawfully order, receive and hold them where you live.
We do not give advice on the legal status of any product in your jurisdiction, and nothing here should be read as a statement that a product is lawful for you to receive. If you are unsure, do not order.
5. No resale or redistribution
Products are supplied for your own research use. Resale, redistribution or transfer to a third party is not permitted.
6. Purity and testing
Batches are tested by an independent laboratory for purity and identity, and each vial carries a lot number. Purity figures are stated to the tolerance of the test method and describe the batch as released, not the product after it has left our control.
7. Prices and payment
Prices are set in US dollars. Where the site displays another currency it is an indicative conversion at the day's rate, rounded — your payment is processed in USD and the exact amount charged may differ slightly. Your bank may add its own conversion fee.
We may change prices at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when your order is placed.
8. If we cannot fulfil an order
We may decline or cancel any order, including after payment, if the item is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or we have reason to believe the order breaches these terms. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for any loss, injury or consequence arising from misuse of a product, from use in humans or animals, or from your failure to comply with the law where you live.
Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have under consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you order is the one that applies to that order.
